Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Greenwood started in vaudeville, and eventually starred on Broadway, movies and radio. This comedy drama stars Charlotte Greenwood as a reporter for a newspaper while raising the three Barton children. Edward Arnold plays lawyer Reynolds. It was sponsored by Pepsodent as a summer replacement for Bob Hope on NBC (1944), then Hallmark picked up the bills on ABC from 1944 to 1946.
