Mack, Helen (birth name was Helen McDougall) Born in Rock Island, Illinois 11/13/1913; died 8/13/1986 of cancer in Beverly Hills, California. Married to Charles C. Irwin (?-?); radio producer and director Thomas McAvity (?- 1972 his death). Mack attended children's acting school in New York and appeared on Broadway stage as a child. On screen in Zaza (1924). Last movie was Divorce (1945).
