The script was used on the Gunsmoke television series on November 5, 1955. Pat Clay has a court order to remove squatter Jim Beedle and his family out of his house and off his land at Stone Point and wants Matt Dillon to get them out as they told Pat Clay they would shoot him if he tries. Jim Beedle tells Matt Dillon that he has bought the land and property from Pat Clay and that Clay took the deeds from him.|
