|Plot||:||+ "The Long Night". An air traffic controller tries to talk down an inexperienced pilot through a heavy overcast. The story was subsequently produced on "Suspense" on July 13, 1958 and on January 10, 1960. + Ninety feet up in the sky in the airport control tower over Rockford the weather report comes in - cloud, haze, smoke and fog are making visibility less than two miles and a fog ceiling lowering every minute. Ken is about to start the night shift and when a inexperienced lone pilot, a businessman with a new plane, calls in lost and with his automatic direction finder not working right Ken knows it is going to be a long night.
