Howard, Willie (birth name was William Levkowitz) Born in Neustadt, Germany 4/13/1886; died 1/12/1949 of a liver ailment. Brother of actor Eugene Howard. Came to America as an infant in 1886, settling in New York City. In vaudeville with his brother billed as Eugene and Willie Howard. The team appeared on screen in shorts including Between The Acts Of The Opera (1927); The Music Makers (1929).
