Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin; died 6/18/1969 at an unknown age. As a teenager he began his career in medicine shows. Recorded on the Decca record label. Organist on Al Pearce and His Gang for NBC-Radio (ca late 1930s. The Milt Herth Trio was on NBC-Radio (1938-1939). The trio consisted of Willie "The Lion" Smith on piano and O'Neill Spencer on drums.
