Farrell, Skip (birth name was Charles Farrell Fiedler) Born in Illinois 10/9/1918; died 5/8/1962 of a heart attack in Hollywood, California. Baritone vocalist on The National Barn Dance during the late 1940's. Host of The Skip Farrell Show on ABC-Radio (1947); ABC-TV (1949); Big City Serenade on NBC-Radio (1951-1953).
