Lambert, Scrappy (birth name was Howard Lambert) Born in New Brunswick, New York 5/12/1901; died 11/30/1987. Lambert abandoned his law school in 1926 to work in musical comedy. He teamed with Billy Hillpot whom he had met when they were attending Rutgers University.

The comedy team were featured on radio programs including Ben Bernie's radio program, then Hillpot was Trade to Lambert's Mark on The Smith Brothers for the NBC and CBS Radio Networks (1926-1934).
