Spoiler : Had the pleasure of meeting her at the Tampa Theater when it showed the film Nosferatu in 2000 or 2001. She played the piano while the movie was be projected on the screen. A very talented lady. I said at the time that she might have been almost a hundred but her hands were twenty-five.

Spoiler : His comedy made him one of the most popular and forward-looking humorists in radio. He was a master ad-libber (often criticized by program executives). His longest running gag was his feud with fellow comedian Jack Benny.

Studied at Oberlin College and the Eastman School of Music. Rio began her career as an organist for Fox and Paramount Theaters in Brooklyn, New York.

Spoiler : In the 1980s, Rio scored some 375 silent movies playing the Hammond organ which were released on VHS video tape on the Video Yesteryear label. Later years she has attended Radio conventions, and as of 2003 was playing the Wurlitzer for silent filma at the Tampa Theatre in Tampa, Florida. Resident of Sun City, Florida.
