Graziano, Rocky (Thomas Rocco Barbella) Born in New York City 6/7/1922; died 5/23/1990 of cardiopulmonary failure in New York City. Left school and began working out in a gym. Became the middle- weight boxing champion (1947-1948). Ended his eleven year boxing career with a record of sixty-seven wins (fifty-two knock-outs), lost sixteen fights dur- ing his career. Graziano's life story was portrayed by Paul Newman in the 1956 movie, Somebody Up There Likes Me.

Co-star with Henny Youngman on The Henny and Rocky Show for ABC-TV (1955), after Youngman left the program was retitled to Rocky's Corner. Regular on Pantomime Quiz (1954-1956), The Martha Raye Show for NBC (1955-1956) & The Keefe Brasselle Show for CBS (1963). Rocky on the syndicated television series Miami Undercover (1961).
