The photo of the young man is Robert Walker Jr., son of Robert Walker and Jennifer Jones. The photo should be changed to Robert Walker (senior) who died in 1951 at the age of 32 years, not 33 years old.

He was so brilliant in that role and sadly died not long after completion of the Alfred Hitchcock masterpiece.

Great classic actor, loved him in Strangers on a Train, The Princess n the Bellboy, R.I.P. to a very talented n gifted man, died from a adverse reaction to prescription Drugs, he was suffering from alcoholism n a bit of mental illness, he was married to Jennifer Jones of the Song of Bernadette fame n was divorced twice by the time he was 30 n had divorced from Jones.

Great true performance. Jennifer Jones married Selznic. That hurt him. It's sounds like the DR's were kinda at fault with his death. It was reported for years as suicide. But the Dr. Treating him didn't do enough in my opinion. Clearly one of the best of that era.

Robert Walker also reprised his award-winning lead role in "I Am a Jew" with the rest of the high school cast on local San Diego radio in 1936. The play was a showcase for Walker's obvious talents as a young actor performing on the stage of the previously closed Carlsbad Theater (a depression casualty) which the Army Navy Academy rented as their drama classroom.
