Born in Manhattan, New York 6/18/1918; died 11/12/1994 at a Manhasset, Long Island, New York hospital. He began his career in the 1930s as a singer with bands of Charlie Barnet, Toots Camarata; Jimmy Dorsey; Ted Fio Rito; Glenn Miller; Gordon Jenkins; Henry Kng and Kay Kyser. Screen debut playing Boldany in Walk East on Beacon (1952). Last feature movie was playing Patrick Henry in Williamsburg: The Story of a Patriot (1957).
