Gardiner, Reginald (birth name was William Reginald Gardiner) Born in Wimbledon, Surrey, England 2/27/1903; died 7/7/1980 of a heart attack and pneumonia in Los Angeles, California. British screen debut in The Lovelorn Lady (1932). Hollywood debut in Born To Dance (1936). Guest on radio programs including Norman Corwin's production of Document A/777 presented by the United Nations Radio service (1948). Uncle Ned Pruitt on The Pruitts Of Southampton for ABC-TV (1966-1967). Retired following that series until his death.
