Garrett, Patsy (birth name was Virginia Garrett) Born in Atlantic City, New Jersey 5/4/1921. Married to Nick Alexander (?-?). Garrett was a singer at age twelve on local radio in Richmond, Virginia. She became a vocalist with the Fred Waring Orchestra in 1938, and was featured on his NBC Radio programs until the early 1940s.
