Born in Cleveland, Ohio 1/17/1875; died 7/2/1965. Ellen raised a family in California before embarking on an acting career with the Berkeley Players and the University of California Campus Players. Fanny Barbour on the NBC-Radio soap, One Man's Family from the beginning in 1932, to the end of the series in 1955.
