Born in New Orleans, Louisana 4/14/1918. Married to actor Peter Lind Hayes (1940-1998 his death. Miss New Orleans of 1935. She began her career as a typist at Twentieth Century Fox Studios. Screen debut in Second Fiddle (1939). With husband (Hayes) was the co-host of The Peter Lind Hayes Show on CBS-Radio (1954-1955).
