Little, Lou (birth name was Louis Piccolo) Born in Boston, Massachusetts 12/6/1893; died 5/28/1979. He grew up in Leominster, Massachusetts. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, then began a football coaching career at Georgetown University. In 1930 he became the football coach at Columbia University, and he stayed until he retired in 1956. Penned several how-to books on sports.
