Born in New York 5/8/1901; died 12/2/1983 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was a school teacher when she began acting in 1931. By 1936 she left teaching to act. Carrie on Snow Village Sketches for NBC-Radio (1936-1937). Alice Aldrich (Henry's Mother) on The Aldrich Family for the NBC and CBS Radio Networks (1939-1951).
