Spoiler : Malden, Karl (Mladen Sukilovich) Born in Chicago, Illinois 3/22/1914. Married to actress Mona Graham (?-?). Raised in Gary, Indiana. Worked in steel mills, dug ditches and delivered milk. Studied acting in Chicago, then moved to New York and appeared on Broadway before his screen debut in They Knew What They Wanted (1940). Served in the Army during WWII. After the war returned to Broadway in A Streetcar Named Desire, winning a 1951 Academy Award for the movie version of the play. Guest star on most every popular television show beginning in the early 1950's. Detective Lieutenant Mike Stone on The Streets Of San Francisco for ABC-TV (1972-1977). Pete "Skag" Skogska on Skag for NBC-TV (1980). Host of the first two Unsolved Mysteries on NBC-TV (1988). Emmy Award in 1985 for NBC's telecast of "Fatal Vision."
