Born in Sharon, Pennsylvania ca 1927. Attended the Westminster College. Announcer on hometown station WPIC before moving to New York, then a control engineer for the Office of War Information. Clark was a staff vocalist on station WNEW-New York before he became a regular singer on Your Hit Parade for NBC-Radio (1948-1949); The Henry Morgan Show for NBC-Radio (1949-1950).
