Beecher, Janet (Janet Beecher Meysenburg) Born in Jefferson City, Missouri 10/21/1884; died 8/6/1955 of a heart attack in Washington, Connecticut. Sister of Olive Wyndham. Screen debut in Gallant Lady (1933). Known as the female Lewis Stone because always played someone's mother in the movies. Last movie was Henry Aldrich Gets Glamour (1943).
