Blake, Howard Born in Illinois 4/7/1904; died 8/25/1979 in Israel. Writer and producer of Scrambly Amby on the NBC and Mutual Radio Networks (1941-1947). Writer for radio programs including Mayor of the Town on CBS, ABC and Mutual during the early to late 40's and The Bob Hope Show on NBC during the early 50's. Producer of That's Life on CBS-Radio (1946-1947).
