Born in Hamburg, Germany 6/18/1902; died 5/23/1992 of congestive heart failure in Eichmond, Virginia. Married and divorced to actress Deanna Durbin (1945- 1949). Writer/producer for many television programs including episodes of Don Ameche Playhouse, Paul White- man & Schlitz Playhouse Of Stars. Producer of Studio One for CBS (1953- 1956). Producer for NTA's syndicated television series, The Third Man (1956-1960).
