Spoiler : Born in Lynn, Massachusetts ca 1924; died 1/6/1997 at age 73 of cancer at his Los Angeles, California home. Began career on radio stations in Providence, Rhode Island, then moved to television in Cleveland, Ohio where he hosted a local morning show, and created his character "Ghoulardi" that hosted horror movies during the 60's. Provided voice-overs for many commercials for radio, and television. Announcer for television programs including The Tim Conway Comedy Hour for CBS (1970), and The Love Boat for ABC (1977-1986).
