Merande, Doro (Dora Matthews) Born in Columbia, Kansas 3/31/1892; died 11/1/1975 of a massive stroke in Miami, Florida. On Broadway stage in Front Page, then made her screen debut in the 1931 movie version of the play. Last movie was Change Of Habit (1969). Mrs. Sullivan on the CBS-Radio soap, Woman Of Courage (1939?-1942?). Aunt Iris Flower on Bringing Up Buddy for CBS-TV (1960-61). Regular performer on That Was The Week That Was for NBC-TV (1964).
