Born in California 8/22/1904; died 10/25/1968 in Madrid, Spain (vacation?). Writer of material for Al Pearce and Joe Penner. Writer for The Abbott And Costello Show on the NBC and ABC Radio Networks (1940?-1949?). Prindle and Wendell Niles formed the comedy team of Niles And Prindle. The comedy team starred on Niles And Prindle (Ice Box Follies) for NBC-BLUE (1945).
