Levy, David (aka Don Little) Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; died 1/24/2000 at age 87 following a long illness in Los Angeles, California. Graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Producer of We, The People on NBC-Radio during the early 1940's. Served in the Navy during WWII. Following WWII Levy joined the Young and Rebican Advertising Agency associate director for radio and television, later vice president of their television department.

In 1959 Levy became vice president in charge of programing at NBC, where he was instrumental in bringing Bonanza, Dr. Kildare and the Movie Of The Week to television. Levy was a critic of excessive television sex and violence, so he left NBC in the early 1960's, during Senate hearings on the quality of television programming. Levy later became a leader of the Caucus of Producers- Writers-Directors, helping steer the group into supporting strict ratings for television.
