Born in ALbert Lea, Minnesota 2/12/1898; died in April of 1980 in New York. Graduated from The University of Oregon. Served as an officer in the US Army during WWI. While pursuing a career as a baritone vocalist, he auditioned in 1926 at WJZ where he was hired as an announcer. Announcer for radio programs including Jones and Hare; The Interwoven Pair; The Dutch Masters Minstrels; The Pure Oil Band and Concert series. He seemed to disappear by the middle 1930s.
