Pugh and Carroll wrote for I Love Lucy on CBS-TV (1951-1957). Carroll and Pugh created television series including Those Whiting Girls on CBS (1955-1957); Life With Lucy on ABC (1986). Carroll, Nick Arnold and Pugh created the 1979 CBS-TV sitcom, Dorothy. Carroll and Pugh produced Alice on CBS-TV (1976-1985).
