Worked in a brokerage business (1932-1933), truck driver in 1934. Radio announcer and news commentator (1936-1942). Screen debut playing an uncredited role of a cop in Highway West (1942). Last movie was playing Adam in Male and Female Since Adam and Eve (1961).
