Spoiler : Ballance, Bill (nickname was Billo) Born in Peoria, Illinois ca 1919; died 9/23/2004 at age 85 from complications of a stroke in San Diego, California. He began his radio career in Denver, Colorado, moving to Los Angeles in the late 1950s as a 'rock & roll' disc jockey. By the 1970s, was hosting a provacative radio talk show on sex and relationships called Bill Ballance Feminine Forum. On screen in Billy Jack Goes to Washington (1977) and a 1975 TV movie, Let's Switch. Retired in the early 1990s.
