Spoiler : Born 9/15/1916 in Brooklyn, New York. Died 6/30/2006 in Dana Point, California. Married to Evelyn Eisner (1946-1991 her death); Mary Carroll (1997-2006 his death). Son of producer Albert Lewis. He began working in films in the late 1940s, co-writing Oh, Your Beautiful Doll (1949). In 1952, he and his father Albert co-produced the Broadway musical Three Wishes For Jamie. With his father Albert he co-wrote Conquest Of Cochise (1953). In 1953 Arthur produced the London version of Cy Fuer and Ernie Martin's hit mucial Guys and Dolls.
