Born in Anderson, Indiana 11/22/1900; died 3/28/1972 in Tiburon, California. Educated at the DePauw University. Radio emcee at KDKA-Pittsburgh beginning in 1921. Had his own radio show on WCX. Became a writer, director and producer of commercials for radio and television. Christ Allen on the NBC-Radio soap, Against The Storm (1939?-1942?).
