Hawley, Adelaide (birth name was Dieta Adelaide Fish) Born in Willer, New York ca 1905; died 12/21/1998 at age 93 of kidney and lung failure at a Bremerton, Washington hospital. Married to Pathe News narrator Mark Hiram Hawley (?-1986 his death). Hostess of Woman's Page of the Air on CBS-Radio (1939-1943).

After General Mills dropped her in 1964, Hawley earned a doctoral degree and taught English to foreign language students until her death.
