Milne, A.A. (Alan Alexander Milne) Born in London, England 1/18/1882; died 1/31/1956. Milne recieved world fame in 1924 for writing the children's book, "When We Were Very Young," again for Winnie The Pooh in 1926. The New Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh was an animated series on ABC-TV (1988-1993).
