At its peak, Suspense was one of radio's high-profile dramatic shows.
The show was mainly concerned with an ordinary guy caught up in a situation that intensified and soon became unbearable. The solutions were often withheld until the last possible moment. Included in this set is the most famous episode, "Sorry, Wrong Number," originally broadcast on May 25, 1943 starring Agnes Moorehead.
