Black Castle was a 15-minute mystery series that starred Don Douglas, who played all character roles, including the host of the show, the Wizard of Black Castle. The show featured various stories, from pilots stuck to a jungle inhabited by giants to a fugitive being converted into a monster by a mad scientist. Each story varied in length, with some having a single episode only, while others lasting for as much as five episodes. The show went on-air for two years, starting in 1942 and ending in 1944.
