Defense Attorney was a crime drama with a unique feminine touch. The award winning Denise McCambridge played the role of Martha Ellis Bryant, a defense attorney who would do anything in order to prove the defendant’s innocence if he/she is really innocent. Another radio veteran worked alongside of McCambridge in the form of Howard Culver who played the role of Jud Barnes, Bryant’s boyfriend. The radio show started airing from 1951 up to 1952.
